Payment for services must accompany samples submitted for analysis.

Portions of samples used during a destructive analysis process can not be returned.

Unused portions of samples will be returned at clients' request and expense.

Unclaimed samples will be stored for 90days.

After  this period all unclaimed samples will be the property of Daniel & Son Assayers, Inc.

The person or company submitting samples for analysis is the only party who will have access to our reports.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to change service charges without notice.

We do not sell or give away any information to anyone.

This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any other information at our disposal.

We are very strict about keeping all of your information private.

Your information will never leave the confines of our company.

The only time that you will receive an email or a call from us is under the following circumstances :

1. To confirm, update or discuss order details.We may either contact you by phone or by email for these purposes.

2. Occasionally, we will send an email to our clients offering them updates on new services.
