All reports issued by our laboratory are the confidential property of client. Copies of information are issued by our office only upon written authorization by client. Payment must accompany all orders unless credit is established. Interest on past due accounts is 2% per month of the outstanding balance and service charge of $20 will be applied whichever is greater. Any work requested on a "rush" basis will be charged a minimum of the double listed rate. We reserve the right not to accept any "rush" work if it will interfere with work already scheduled for completion. All remaining samples not used during the analysis process will be shipped back insured at clients expense upon request. |
